People who stand daily in the joy and challenge of choosing leadership as their profession.

Men and women concerned about how their leadership plays into the big picture of organizational success.

Leaders who make tough decisions and care deeply about how those tough decisions affect others.

With confidence, competence, courage and calm these everyday leaders change our homes, communities, and country. Let's continue to learn from the "superstar" leaders but never forget to thank the everyday leaders who truly make the difference in our lives.
